Purchases made directly from Dame via may be returned within 60 days of receipt for a refund. Customers may choose a 100% refund in the form of store credit (which does not expire), or a credit to their original form of payment minus a 15% processing fee. Returns related to defective products or company error will not incur a fee.

Please contact our customer service team at to inform us that you would like to return your purchase, and we will provide instructions on how to start your return. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.

Purchases made with other vendors are subject to those vendors’ policies. Other vendors’ policies will vary. Always review a vendor’s return policy before purchase.
